Is it possible to rent our primary (only) home? We want to rent another place ourselves for cheaper .....?

We have a 30 yr fixed FHA mortgage and we have been in the home for 3 years. It's a condo with HOA. Factoring the HOA, our costs per month are $1650. The wife and I are curious if we can possibly rent out our condo (primary/only home) and then find a place to rent in a different location for only $1000/month for a couple of years. We could then be able to save money. Is there tax implications for renting our primary residence? Is this something that is simple enough for basic people to do or is there a lot of work/paperwork involved? I know we would need to get new/different insurance on the condo. Being "under" on the property doesn't allow us to sell the condo for several years and we are trying to find options... any help/suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

40 weeks pregnant, consistent contractions but not very painful??

So I am exactly 40 weeks pregnant. I've been having consistent contractions that are 5-8 minutes apart, but they arent really painful, just tight. Saturday night I lost my "bloody show." Yesterday I went to the hospital because they were actually even closer, anywhere from 3-7 minutes apart, but not painful. Well yesterday at 3pm I was almost 2cm and 60% effaced. I am 40 Weeks and 5 Days Overdue, This morning I had a braxton hicks contraction and i felt a little gush come out, when i went to look when i went to the bathroom and it looked like a gush of blood almost like on your period but it filled up the whole center of my panty liner. Ive been reading online that a bloody show is more like mucous with a tinged blood color but mine was like period blood, im not bleeding like that anymore was just that time but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced blood like that, and if that means im in the early stage of labor. I truly don't enjoy the company of other people. One of the people in my group is known by the whole school for making up elaborate Bullshit (for instance he once told our english teacher that he was late because he was on holiday and whilst the were going home his mothers lung exploded on the plane and they had to land the helicopter on the plane to get her off it WHILE the plane was flying) My drama teacher just laughs it all off but while they have all been revising and messing around i have been working my *** off into the small hours trying to get some revision and the drama pay done. For instance the script is 23 pages long however it is very difficult to wite such a long script when two of the character are incapable of learning more then 3 lines of words. I am really worried i am going to fail not just my science but also this drama as neither of them can remember when to ssay thier lines or move where or everything. To cap it all of all 4 of them have missed many lessons and have had arguments and tantrums and refusing to so the play. Accusing each other of bullying etc. Its been a nightmare. I recently had an ankle operation and elevation was suggested.I elevated for more than a week; the exercise was painful especially when I had to remove the leg from the elevated position down towards the floor. I decided to remove one pillow and on occasion just put the leg straight and flat whilst in bed. This practice significantly reduced the painful experience. I've had a cold and i've been getting random nose bleeds.?

Now i've searched around, and i've seen people that have had nose bleeds from when they blow their nose. but that hasn't been the case. The bloody noses simply didn't happen from me blowing my nose. with this sickness, i started out with a sore throat. that lasted 2ish days. now i've just been coughing for about 4 days. the coughing has died down so i know i'm getting better. but in the last 4 days i've had 4 just random nosebleeds. from me just standing there. my nose wasn't even stuffy. the first 3 were pretty small from my left nostril. then the one i had last night was kinda big and out my right nostril if that means anything. my guess is that it's just dehydration but, i figured i'd just ask on here.

my little puppy i got on thursday June 23rd was diagnosed with parvovirus on saturday June 25th. on friday june 24th my puppy was doing fine towards the evening she became depressed wouldn't walk or move made groaning noises when i picked her up, she wouldn't eat but she did drink water that we mixed with karo syrup. after she drank that she threw up clear liquid she did have diarrhea but it was not bloody or foul smelling. she has been hospitalized for 3 days and hooked up to IVs. she was improving yesterday morning and in the evening she got a tad bit worse, today she hasn't threw up and is looking more alive but still wont eat. ive been praying like hell she will survive. has anyone gone through this and have any success stories?
