i m having 2 cup tea,8 roti,3 -4 bowls of Dal or vegetables,some green salad,onions, seasonal fruits in my diet.I dont drink milk,avoid any kind of sweet,cold drinks and fruits like mangoes.i drink 5-6 glass of water and average 10 small pegs in a week time. My weight is 95 Kg. what are the things i can improve in my diet
