It will be Rose even though it SHOULD be Lebron. It's unfortunate that personal grudges against players effect an award given based on on-court performance. Many won't vote for Lebron because he didn't join the team they wanted the way they wanted. Lebron has been better offensively and is arguably the best perimeter defender in the League (and believe me I know perimeter defense I've been a rocket fan all my life and have seen Shane Battier in action).
