The top 2 universities in Canada are McGill in Montreal and U Toronto. You didn't get financial aid at U Toronto because they are not desperate to have you, but if that's your dream school, and you got in, that's probably where you belong. Don't settle for second best. Go for U Toronto. Besides, it's also a great city, the intellectual and business capital of the country, and where a lot of the jobs are when you graduate.
