Period promblems / questions what is it.?

Oh kay so i' ve had my period since friday ( i mean i started like one year ago ) but i wiped today and there was this thing... idk how to explain it was like the size of a dime and bloody and i didn' t know what it was... i had sex twice but we used protection... could i possibly have had a miscarriage i' ve had really bad cramps lately and i normally don' t get cramps at all i' m not really sick besides my stuffy nose and i' m bleeding alot hmm... and i have to pee alot more than usual...?
