NEED HELP WITH SPEECH!!?

ok how do i include a media report into a 4-5 minute speech? do i just put the entire thing in or just summarize it? also does any one know some good australian case laws for cyber bullying??? and what about the legislation? AND what are the legal implications of the use of technology and its impact on the individual? this will help me out a WHOLE LOT. Please good answers!! 5 stars to the best answer! :D
