What do i do about this clogged toilet?

ok so im having my period and i went to the bathroom and flushed my toilet paper with all my blood on it. it clogged the toilet and i cant fix it. i dont want my family to see the bloody paper. when they unclog it with a plunger, will they see the bloody paper?!?!?!
