OMG! Somebody !PLEASE! help me! Huge nasty pimlpe?!?

Omg... Somebody , like... tell me what to do? Anything natural?!?! Its on my nose and yeah..Its huge! . you just cant MISS it.if like damn 3 inches big and bloody red i already tried putting tooth past on it to dry it off or so , mouth wash (dissinfection) Ice , to make that huge thing calm down. its only red though and thick as hell , and yeah really big?. Can someone please please please help me and tell me what to do ? Its 10:15 PM , but ohwell! ill do everything! And as soon as possible gone? Pleeeeeaaaaaaaaase und Thaaaaaaaaaaaaank yoooou!
