Is this a good weight loss plan?
your exercise plan sounds good but your diet isn't all that healthy. You definitely need to eat more for breakfast- it'll start your metabolism. Eat something more like an omelet and wheat toast or oatmeal and fruit. for lunch eat something with veggies and protein, like a salad or a sandwich on whole wheat bread. It'll help you lose more if you pick veggies over fruit. Instead of the cereal bar eat a protein bar, popcorn, veggies and hummus or dip, lowfat sting cheese, yogurt or some sort of whole grain granola bar. I wouldn't drink the milk before sleeping either- just a waste of calories and you're drinking milk for breakfast anyway.
