Is it possible to rent our primary (only) home? We want to rent another place ourselves for cheaper .....?

We have a 30 yr fixed FHA mortgage and we have been in the home for 3 years. It's a condo with HOA. Factoring the HOA, our costs per month are $1650. The wife and I are curious if we can possibly rent out our condo (primary/only home) and then find a place to rent in a different location for only $1000/month for a couple of years. We could then be able to save money. Is there tax implications for renting our primary residence? Is this something that is simple enough for basic people to do or is there a lot of work/paperwork involved? I know we would need to get new/different insurance on the condo. Being "under" on the property doesn't allow us to sell the condo for several years and we are trying to find options... any help/suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

Why is my cat pooping out bloody stool?

He's a five year old male. He's been doing this for about 6 to 8 weeks. We tried to change his diet, and that worked for a while, but recently the blood came back. We're taking him to the vet tomorrow, but we're still worried. The blood comes at the end of the poop, and doesn't seem to be causing him any pain. What could cause this?

Yesterday my Dr. did an exam and did a light stripping of membranes.?

She did the exam at around 10am yesterday and this morning when I woke up I had a little brown dot in my panties. Well all day long when I pee there is brown in my panties not much at all... Is that the "bloody show" also I am not one to take naps well I could not stay awake today. I have also had little sharp feelings in my vagina. Does this mean Labor is close? Also I am 35 Wks and 3 days. 1cm Dilated and 60% Effaced. My Son is also facing back the way they are suppose to when they are born.

What happens if you cannot control and oversee what is yours?

Yes, it sounds like you might have a mild delusional disorder. However the problem with people in this predicament is that they often will not accept this diagnosis. Have a look at the information on "paranoid delusional disorder" and see how many of the boxes you can tick. The illness does not prevent afflicted persons from going about daily tasks, but it is usually rather obvious to others that there is someting wrong.

Derrick Rose vs Dwight Howard vs Lebron James. Against Elite Teams?

"This shows he's flopping?" How does having lower stats than another player vs elite teams make you a flopper?

Limited companies & IR35?

Scenario: Limited company in place, accounts sent to accountant, who has completed, but he is now saying that he can't proceed as a partnership needs to be in place so as not to fall foul of IR35. Ltd company is owned by one person, who in the past has completed a sole trader return as well. What, if any, are the implications of not having a partnership. Is this accountant talking poop, or is he worth the time and money? If a partnership does need to be formed, won't there be a liability for the 'silent' partner to pay national insurance contributions, and won't there be a penalty for not informing IR that the partnership is in place?

Socializing an aggressive dog?

you should walk them together ... not even let the lab in the house before a really long walk ... do not let them sniff or near each other and walk for at least an hour ... and keep walking ... do not slow or pause for anything (well unless they have to pee but don't let them sniff about, only stop if they suddenly stop to pee) ... when you turn around to head back and the dogs should be a bit calmer at this point, you can allow them to meander a bit and maybye a sniff but just quick and keep moving ... a 2 hour walk is enough to tire most dogs a bit and you can judge what their behaviour is like ... the dalmation should enter the house first on leash and then the lab into the house on leash ... i would never leave them alone together and hopefully both dogs have crates in case they need to be separated ... it is possible ... i work as a dog walker and have had my share of aggressive dogs ... a super long walk and the right introduction works wonders ...
