That's the number of ounces of water you need. You would need 65.1 ounces (just go with 65) a day. Also, take ice baths after a workout for 30 minutes, or use an ice pack on your back for 45 minutes. A calorie is a measure of heat, so by being cold, you burn more calories from making yourself warm. That's how Michael Phelps can eat 12,000 calories a day: he swims in cold water for 7 hours a day...
